With a strict 5 MPH speed limit, it’s common to see groups of kids riding their bikes and scooters throughout the park—laughing, exploring, and enjoying the amenities that the park has to offer.
Friendly, professional security personnel monitor the entrance and patrol the grounds, ensuring that everyone entering the park is authorized and that community rules are respectfully followed. It’s a place where families feel at ease knowing the community is safe.

- Clubhouses: Two clubhouses with kitchen facilities, available for private use from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend (during the slow season).
- Swimming Facilities: A large outdoor pool, a dedicated children’s wading pool, and teen swim nights with movies.
- Sports Facilities: Two tennis courts one for pickleball, bocce courts, horseshoe pits, and a large field with soccer nets.
- Recreation Rooms: Adult games room, kids’ game room, exercise room, and a library.

Memberships are privately held. While we do not offer nightly or seasonal rentals for RVs, trailers, tents, or fifth wheels, memberships are available for purchase—many including established park models or RVs. The list of available sites is posted online and updated regularly.
