If you are selling your membership or your trailer you can now have a "For Sale" sign displayed as long as you comply with the following rules listed below.
The Park Administration will provide the following for a fee:
- 1) A single approved "For Sale" sign to be posted by the seller at a designated exterior location at the member site for a period of 3 months fro time of issue.
- 2) An advertisement provided by the seller will be posted on the BBLP website, at the bulletin board at the Park entrance and on hard copy available at the Administration Office each being posted for 3 months from time of issue.

Fees, Charges and Billing
- A one-time initiation fee of $10 for new sales listings or to re-initiate a listing that was cancelled within the previous 3 months.
- A quarterly charge of $25, non-refundable, automatically renewed each calendar quarter and billed to Member.
- Member must cancel listing prior to the first printing in the new calendar quarter to avoid continuation of renewal of charges.
