Well maintained site can be purchased with or without existing 5th wheel trailer. Will remove RV no charge if requested by buyer. South facing and directly across from a forested berm makes the morning coffee a highlight of the day. Site includes well built shed with outdoor kitchen and plenty of room for parking or visiting RVs. Site has a good alignment to the circle road for easy in and out access for an RV. Yard is fully fenced with small area of grass for dogs. 

5th wheel is a 1998 Alpenlite that had a Koolseal silicone coating applied in 2022 and has many additional features for the day including central vacuum.
