Our family enjoyed this location for over 35 years, now it’s your turn. Empty lot with wide driveway off of Elm Way.  It is a great location.  The lot is right on Elm so no gravel or dust stirring up when a car going by. Elm Center is only 2 circles away and a bathhouse is very close.  The view from the lot is good, not a crowded feeling (from other trailers), nice Berm landscaping out front & to the side. Lot faces and is directly across from a berm.  No flooding issues. New fencing, approximately 75% concert slab, a small grass area, and a flower garden. Only one circle away from Elm Center and close to #10 Bathhouse.
