After 45 years, we have made the extremely difficult decision to put Circle 3, Lot 3 up for sale.

This a dry, level lot at the front of the park, a very short stroll to the ocean and serviced by two bathhouses. The trailer is a 1990 Mallard, purchased new. The trailer looks out at a large grassy berm and has a grassy inner circle. The trailer has been kept up to date over the years and has a newer fridge and stove and microwave. The roof was replaced a few years ago. The kitchen is fully equipped with all included … Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, et cetera, Just bring your toothbrush! Bathroom sink and tub renewed, skylight over tub. Stacked washer and dryer, electric fireplace and 42” TV also included. Outside, a large awning cuts the sun, complete with roll down blinds when necessary. A gas bbq with a quick connect hose, no more filling gas bottles! Raised garden beds and pots of flowers add a low maintenance element of colour. There is also a fully insulated wooden shed with a beer fridge and separate tool storage.

The water is protected by an insulated wooden box and heat tape is attached to the exposed hose. Currently have a Canadian satellite dish with fully paid Ecco service and modem. A 100 pound propane tank, purchased from Northwest Propane is outside the privacy fence and concealed with built to fit cover, painted the same colour as the fence. Parking for two vehicles.
