A Park Built on Tradition, Community & Fun
Birch Bay Leisure Park has been a beloved part of the Birch Bay community since the early 1970s. What began as a vision for a peaceful recreational escape soon blossomed into something much more: a vibrant, member-owned community where memories are made and traditions are passed down through the generations.
In August 1974, the park began its transition from developer control to member ownership. The early years weren’t without their challenges; members came together to sort out legal and infrastructure issues and build a solid foundation for the future. Thanks to a passionate group of volunteers and professionals, Birch Bay Leisure Park evolved into the safe, secure, and well-organized community it is today.
Over the decades, the park has grown in both amenities and spirit. From cozy campfires and pancake breakfasts to pool days and Caesar Sundays, Birch Bay Leisure Park has become a cherished summer tradition for many families.
In fact, four generations of families have grown up enjoying this special place. It’s not uncommon to see grandparents watching their grandkids ride bikes through the park, just as they once did themselves.
Today, with 718 well-maintained membership sites spread across 80 acres of gated property, Birch Bay Leisure Park continues to thrive as a one-of-a-kind recreational destination. Our clubhouses, nature trails, playgrounds, sports courts, and full calendar of events reflect our members’ dedication to creating a community filled with warmth, fun, and connection.

Amenities to Enjoy All Season Long at Birch Bay Leisure Park
Memberships are privately held. While we do not offer nightly or seasonal rentals for RVs, trailers, tents, or fifth wheels, memberships are available for purchase.
