Located beside the Brier and swimming pool. Trailer has a double loft with two queen mattresses as well as two sofa/ hide a beds. With the one bedroom it can sleep 10. Looks like new inside. Comes with all furniture inside. Patio and driveway has double aggregate lift so is higher than other lots in area. Trailer has never been wet. Fence is freshly painted and is only a few years old. Shed has a new roof and has also been painted. Nothing to do but enjoy the park!
